This award provides financial support, mentoring and professional development to prepare participants academically and professionally for a career in the U.S. Department of State Foreign Service. Women, members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the Foreign Service, and students with financial need are encouraged to apply. ELIGIBILITY: U.S. citizen, seeking admission to graduate school the fall following application submission, 3.2 minimum GPA, intend to enroll in a two-year, full-time master’s degree program at a U.S. based graduate institutions in an academic field relevant to the work of the Foreign Service, be able to June orientation in Washington D.C. and be able to fulfill summer internship obligations.
